Hot & Cold Stone Massage

An extremely relaxing treatment using volcanic hot stones with essential oils. Relieving stress and tension. 

This massage using traditional techniques gets deeper much quicker with lasting effects. Cold marble stones can be incorporated for anyone suffering with muscular tension.

Holistic Massage

Holistic massage concentrates on the whole being, helping to restore harmony within by working on the mental, emotional and physical level. It is an effective way to calm the mind and bring about a deep sense of relaxation whilst helping to treat many of our modern-day ailments. Massage can effectively help with tight muscles, stress, digestive disorders, backache, headaches, PMT, toxin removal, insomnia and much more. It can be beneficial to you if you are feeling run down and tired.

The treatment is a traditional massage for 60 minutes using a variety of massage techniques with a focus on lifting and kneading away muscular tension. The depth of massage movements can be adapted to suit your needs.

Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy has its roots in the most ancient healing practices; for the plants that we derive the essential oils today were used by the Egyptians in 3,000 BC for medicinal and cosmetic purposes.

Carefully selected essential oils blended together can be used to help treat common ailments, assist in the reduction of pain detoxify the body, alleviate tension and fatigue, reduce fluid buildup, reduce anxiety, promote relaxation and invigorate the entire body.

The treatment is a consultation to choose your own unique blend of oils followed by 60 minutes of gentle and soothing massage to deeply relax and relieve the stresses of the body and mind.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a therapy that treats the feet in order to balance the whole body. Feet are mini-maps of the body's anatomy with over 7,000 nerve endings. A relaxing and non-invasive treatment to restore balance and energy and encourage the body's natural healing process.

The first treatment is 75 minutes and involves a short medical questionnaire and foot reading, subsequent treatments are 60 minutes.

On-site Chair Acupressure Massage

A meridian based therapy in which the thumb, finger, elbow and knuckle are used over many acupressure points on the back, arms, hand, neck and head. Stimulating the circulatory, muscular, nervous, immune and lymphatic systems, leaving you relaxed and energised. Ideal for the busy workplace - a de-stressing dynamic massage.

A 20 minute treatment which involves a short medical questionnaire. A portable chair is used, there are no oils or lotions and the massage takes place through the clothes, so this is ideal for the workplace, conferences and events.

Indian Head Massage

A simple an​d effective traditional Indian therapy involving massage to the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, face and scalp, the areas where stress affects major muscles groups. Tensions are eased, toxins dispersed and circulation is improved.

A 20 minutes treatment which involves a short medical questionnaire. You remain seated in an upright position, this treatment can be given with or without oils so it is not necessary to remove clothes.

Personal Training - The Natural Way

Enjoyable outdoor training sessions that are personalised to the client's wants and needs. These exercise sessions are enjoyable and results orientated with a preference to 'pleasure over pain'. Training will included: cardiovascular; resistance; strength and core training combined with stretching and flexibility.
